Administrator (Bank) Tunbridge Wells Hospital | Administration | Bank | Part Time Up to £13.10 per hour, depending on experience
Our friendly Radiology team in our Tunbridge Wells Hospital currently have an opportunity for a Bank Administrator.
As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will:- Handle enquiries and general queries via phone, email and in person.
- Troubleshoot and be a skilled communicator.
- Ensure accurate patient processing.
- Maintain databases.
- Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, WP and diary management.
- Take payments for imaging examinations.
- Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
- Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
- Have good IT and keyboard skills.
- Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.
- Have good focus and attention to detail.
