This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive successful delivery and continuous improvement of Go-To-Market (GTM) projects, tailored to the unique needs of our Distribution teams. With a focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and optimising sales and account management processes, you'll be at the forefront of change within our organisation.

So, if you’re a distribution expert looking to make a significant impact in driving strategic transformation then this could be the role for you!

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home at our Tunbridge Wells office.

We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

GTM Facilitation:

  • Steering the design, development and implementation of sales and retention processes.
  • Representing Distribution in cross-functional discussions, ensuring GTM strategies meet operational and revenue-generating needs.
  • Establishing relationships, working closely with key stakeholders, to understand business requirements and to ensure these are translated into project scope and tasks.
  • Understanding the desired customer experience by designing and delivering detailed solutions that are aligned with business strategy.
  • Knowing key drivers within the business and evaluating information to design solutions.
  • Identifying the impact of business change and delivering solutions that minimise risk, ensuring business readiness and improving efficiency.
  • Communicating project progress with key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Establishing and guiding the agenda for continuous improvement, focusing on process optimisation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring operational processes and procedures are documented and controlled.
  • Utilising feedback to identify performance gaps and prioritising improvement initiatives.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Working in partnership with Distribution Management teams to establish and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are paramount to project delivery.
  • Reporting progress and insights to Distribution Management.
