Overview
My client, a small house builder, is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for an upcoming residential project in Tunbridge Wells. This role provides an opportunity to oversee finishing trades on a high‑quality development of seven townhouses and a one‑bedroom flat.
Key Responsibilities- Liaising with colleagues and clients
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget
- Supervising subcontractors
- Reporting progress to the project management team
- Resolving any issues that arise
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction schemes
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage trades efficiently
- Excellent communication skills
