Heritage Architect

Canterbury

Up to £45,000

Are you a Heritage Architect looking for an opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects? My client is seeking a talented Heritage Architect to join their growing team in Canterbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with strong design and technical skills to work across a variety of sectors, contributing to projects from concept through to completion within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects across multiple RIBA stages from concept through to completion.
  • Produce high-quality design proposals, technical drawings and project documentation.
  • Work across a wide variety of sectors and project types.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
  • Prepare planning applications, Building Regulations packages and construction information.
  • Develop practical design solutions while maintaining design intent.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits and design team meetings as required.
  • Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • ARP registered Architect with relevant UK practice experience.
  • Proven experience working on Heritage projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
  • Experience working across multiple RIBA stages.
  • Strong design and technical detailing skills.
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • Experience working across a variety of sectors is desirable.
  • Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
