What you’ll be doing

• Inspire learning through a play‑based curriculum
• Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
• Create and implement development‑focused activity plans
• Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
• Maintain a safe, clean and engaging environment at all times
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
• Act as a positive role model while collaborating, motivating and sharing ideas

Required skills and experience

• Experience working with children in an early‑years environment
• Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train
• Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge or willingness to refresh
• Passion for education and for changing children’s lives
• A team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
• Confident communicator with a love for customer service
