We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, and adaptable Qualified Primary Teachers to join our supply team, providing ad‑hoc and flexible cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in schools throughout Uckfield and the wider East Sussex area.

This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who want to maintain a healthy work–life balance while continuing to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning, confidence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities

Teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on your strengths, experience, and preferences
Delivering well‑planned lessons or adapting pre‑prepared work confidently and effectively
Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all pupils feel supported
Managing behaviour positively and in line with each school’s policies and expectations
Supporting pupils’ academic progress, social development, and emotional wellbeing
Adapting quickly to different school environments, routines, and teaching styles
Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, and leadership teams across a variety of settings

About You

Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
Strong classroom practitioner with excellent behaviour‑management skills
