An established primary school in Tunbridge Wells is looking to appoint a KS2 Teacher for a full-time, long-term position. This opportunity would suit a teacher who is confident leading a KS2 class and keen to see a cohort through an extended period.

You will take responsibility for a Key Stage 2 class, delivering well-structured lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. The role includes full planning, marking, assessment and participation in wider school life.

• Teaching a KS2 class in line with the National Curriculum
• Monitoring attainment and implementing effective intervention strategies
• Preparing pupils for end-of-key-stage assessments where applicable
• Working closely with year group partners and senior leaders
• Building positive relationships with families and carers

• Supportive leadership team
• Collaborative staff culture
• Clear behaviour policies and structured curriculum resources

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience with in Key Stage 2
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Availability for a full-time, long-term commitment
