As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, and SEMH).
• Support students both in and out of the classroom to help them access learning.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to implement personalised learning plans.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (school, care, youth work, or similar settings).
• Is patient, resilient, and empathetic.
• Can build positive, professional relationships with students and staff.
• Is proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential - training can be provided).
