The role may involve working 1:1 with students who need additional support, helping them access learning, build confidence, and manage day-to-day routines within the school environment. You may also support the class teacher, work with small groups, and help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children or young people (school experience is beneficial but not essential).
Be patient, approachable, and able to build positive relationships.
Be open to long-term placements and committed to providing consistent support.
Have a flexible and proactive approach to working in a school setting.
