We are recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work with a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Tunbridge Wells from September 2026
.

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a positive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
• Adapt confidently to different school settings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
  
  Passion for supporting students and schools
