Geosciences division within RSK Group Ltd
, one of the UK’s largest environmental consultancies, is seeking an Environmental Manager to join the growing team in Goudhurst (Tunbridge Wells). This hybrid working role requires working from the office a minimum of three days per week. The role involves supporting a diverse range of development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Produce environmental management plans, including Pollution Prevention and Surface Water Management Plans for construction sites.
  • Audit construction sites for compliance with Surface Water Management Plans.
  • Advise clients on UK regulatory requirements for Surface Water Management and associated waste permits or exemptions.
  • Maintain liaison with regulators, including the Environment Agency and National Resources Wales.
  • Respond to and manage environmental incidents such as fuel or oil spillage, silt discharges, and effluent discharges.
  • Provide on‑site training and advice to clients on ecology, contamination and waste management.
  • Prepare quotations and tenders for new projects.
  • Manage clients and projects.
Person Specification
  • Between 2 and 10 years of experience in the environmental sector.
  • Ability to deliver projects within a multidisciplinary consultancy context.
  • Comfortable working with clients and regulators.
  • Track record of managing time and resources effectively and within budget.
  • Full UK driving licence.
