Join us as a Senior Personal Banker.

• Actively support customers, helping them realise the full benefits of our service through digital channels and addressing complex financial needs such as home buying and protection.
• Provide a varied banking experience, promoting digital services and assisting customers face‑to‑face or via video banking from home.
• Deliver Financial Health checks and review customer accounts.
• Identify products and services that suit customers, including mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
• Conduct outbound care calls to grow and maintain relationships.

• Experience in a customer‑service environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coach the branch team to acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships via regular care calls.
• Skill to build rapport and trust with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually, and provide appropriate options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building relationships.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
