Join us as a Senior Personal Banker.
What you'll do- Actively support customers, helping them realise the full benefits of our service through digital channels and addressing complex financial needs such as home buying and protection.
- Provide a varied banking experience, promoting digital services and assisting customers face‑to‑face or via video banking from home.
- Deliver Financial Health checks and review customer accounts.
- Identify products and services that suit customers, including mortgages, private banking, business banking and protection.
- Conduct outbound care calls to grow and maintain relationships.
- Experience in a customer‑service environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ability to coach the branch team to acquire, grow and retain quality customer relationships via regular care calls.
- Skill to build rapport and trust with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually, and provide appropriate options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in building relationships.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
