As the Operations Administrator joining the team in Tunbridge Wells you will have the following responsibilities.

• Control and manage the transfer in and out of client assets and cash
• Update data on Handelsbanken Wealth systems to reflect account closures
• Processing of free of payment transfers in for new clients and out for closed or deceased accounts
• Processing stock giftings and transfers for active clients
• Creation of probate valuations on request
• Processing and maintenance of Additional Permitted Subscription applications
• Pension administration and funding
• Client cash control and management for Pensions – eg proactively maintaining client cash balances for the purposes of addressing client requests for money to be paid to them; investing money they send to us and covering our fees
• Client trade instructions coordination for Pensions
• New client take on for Pensions

• Experience in a similar role would be useful but is not essential as full training will be provided.
