• Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
• Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
• Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
• Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.

• A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills; warmth, empathy, and patience.
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
• Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
• Computer literacy; comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving abilities, and the initiative to adapt quickly in a bustling environment.

This role offers a schedule designed to promote work-life balance with these hours:
Tuesday 09:00-17:30, Wednesday 09:00-17:30, and Saturday 09:00-13:00. Please ensure availability for these hours before applying.
