Staff Nurse – Outpatients, Tunbridge Wells | Permanent | Full Time (includes weekend work) | Up to £41,501 per annum (depending on skills and experience) | 37.5 hours per week.

Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital is recognised for its friendly atmosphere, clinical expertise, and high standards of care. Established in 1968, it offers 40 en‑suite bedrooms, a busy outpatients and pre‑assessment department, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography & X‑ray), pathology, paediatric unit, surgical recovery ward, cancer care unit, three operating theatres and physiotherapy services.

• Show passion for delivering excellent patient care
• Manage a varied and interesting caseload in a busy outpatient service environment
• Take part in a wide range of procedures, manage clinics and apply extensive clinical skills to aid recovery
• Instinctively meet the needs of patients and their families, offering comfort and reassurance
• Work with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care
• Enjoy more time to care and to get to know patients

• Registered with the appropriate governing body, with qualifications and experience relevant to registration, including NMC

• Post‑registration nursing experience, alert, focused, detail‑oriented and empathetic
• Team player with a passion for exceptional patient care
