Location: Hybrid – Remote / The Pantiles, Royal Tunbridge Wells
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive Basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
About the roleIn this role, you’ll use your experience to identify, engage, and place high-quality SAP professionals into global contract opportunities. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, with a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, Linked In, referrals, and internal databases
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
- Format and prepare CVs for client submission
- Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database
- Maintain accurate candidate and activity records
- Develop and manage long-term candidate relationships
- Support contract and fixed-term hiring requirements
- Gather market intelligence and potential leads from candidate conversations
- Work closely with the Resource Manager and Sales Consultant to understand current and upcoming resourcing needs
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with international markets and SAP technologies is a strong advantage.
- Background in IT or technology recruitment
- Experience recruiting contract or fixed-term roles
- Exposure to SAP or ERP recruitment
- Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission with high earning potential
- Early Friday finish (4:00 PM)
