Recruitment Consultant

Position: Recruitment Consultant (Permanent)
Location: Tunbridge Wells

Intelligent Steps is a specialised Tech Recruitment Agency, working with companies across Europe providing Permanent and Contracting services.

We are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to add an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with drive, dedication and the determination to grow out a specialism within the company.

Although this position will be a 360 position, you will also have opportunities to deliver to live requirements with existing clients of Intelligent Steps.

Responsibilities:

* Developing new business opportunities with prospects within your specialism

* Engaging with candidates within your specialism via job boards, Linked In, networking events and other means with the goal of becoming a real go-to expert within the market

* Delivering to live projects with existing clients when required

To be considered for this role you must have:

* Experience performing a 360 Recruitment role, handling the end-to-end process with clients and candidates

* Previously worked within one of the following specialisms:
Data, Software Development, Infrastructure (Cloud, Dev Ops or Network) or ERP / CRM Systems

* Background in Telesales is advantageous
