As a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, you will join an experienced and highly regarded residential property team, handling a varied caseload that may include:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity, New builds. You ll play a key role in delivering excellent service to clients while benefiting from the guidance of seasoned colleagues and the support of a collaborative team. • Handle a varied residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Assist with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
• Provide high-quality client service with guidance from senior colleagues

• A minimum of 1 year s PQE as a Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer
• A genuine interest in residential property work and a client-centric mindset
