Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Associate (1-5 PQE)

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience
Working pattern: Full-time | Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

We are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Associate (1-5 PQE) to join a top Legal 500 ranked firm with a highly regarded residential property team in Tunbridge Wells.

You will handle a varied and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Mortgages and re-mortgages

• High-value properties, including large country homes and prestigious London properties

• Listed buildings

• Holiday homes and investment properties

• First-time buyer transactions

• Executor and attorney sales

• Sales and purchases

• New-build properties

• Lease extensions and lease enfranchisement

You will work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative team, with exposure to technically interesting work and high-calibre clients.

• Solicitor or Associate with 1-5 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing

• Experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions

• Comfortable managing matters from instruction through to completion

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Ambitious and keen to progress within a high-performing team

• £50,000 - £65,000 salary, dependent on experience

• Hybrid working
