Temporary Legal Secretary - Family Law
Location - Tunbridge Wells
Hours - Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 9am - 5pm  
We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Family Law team on a temporary contract, with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners within the Family Law department

Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence

Managing diaries, appointments, and court deadlines

Preparing and filing court bundles and legal documentation

Handling client enquiries professionally and confidentially

General administrative duties including file management and billing support
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law (essential)

Strong typing and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities

Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach

Available to start immediately
