Location: Tunbridge Wells

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm & Friday 9am - 5pm

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Family Law team on a temporary contract, with an immediate start required.

• Providing comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners within the Family Law department
• Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
• Managing diaries, appointments, and court deadlines
• Preparing and filing court bundles and legal documentation
• Handling client enquiries professionally and confidentially
• General administrative duties including file management and billing support

• Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within Family Law (essential)
• Strong typing and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
• Available to start immediately
