Up to £26.00 per hour depending on experience.

As a Theatre Nurse / ODP in Anaesthetic & Recovery at our Tunbridge Wells Hospital, you’ll be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and will bring relevant post‑registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You’re also a great team worker.

Responsibilities

• Be part of our close‑knit multidisciplinary team
• Work with leading consultants and like‑minded professionals who respect and value what you bring
• Enjoy a varied caseload with state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff
• Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based
• Interact well with colleagues on the ward, understanding that continuity in patient care is key

Qualifications

• Registered as a Theatre Nurse or ODP with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC)
• Post‑registration experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Working Style

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
