Residential Property Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)

Bracketts Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents
, a well‑established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge. If you're self‑motivated, and customer‑focused with a strong background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software
• Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
• Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
• Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation

• A solid track record in residential property management
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Experience in people or contractor management
• ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area
• Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
• Work with a friendly, experienced, and supportive team
