The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of this exciting new store opening, leading every aspect of the business from recruitment and team development through to driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll lead from the front, creating a high-performing culture where people feel motivated, supported and inspired to deliver their best every day.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of the new store

Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing retail team

Drive sales, commercial performance and KPI delivery

Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every opportunity

Create a premium shopping environment through exceptional visual merchandising

Manage all day-to-day store operations, stock control and compliance

Build a positive, inclusive and results-focused team culture

Analyse trading performance and implement action plans to maximise sales

Ensure consistently high standards across every area of the business

About You

To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Store Manager within fashion retail

A proven background managing a fast-paced fashion retail store

Experience leading, coaching and developing successful retail teams

A track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPI targets

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to make confident commercial decisions

A genuine passion for fashion, styling and delivering exceptional customer service

High standards in visual merchandising and store presentation

Energy, positivity and the ability to inspire and develop your team

This opportunity would also suit an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Deputy Manager from fashion retail who is ready to take the next step into their first Store Manager position.
