AIRE DoW CoP.

We’re recruiting a self‑driven Sales Manager to grow our workstream in the South of England. This is a cradle‑to‑grave role: you will own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to order placement.

• Identify, generate and convert new opportunities with main contractors, developers and public sector clients.
• Manage the entire process: prospecting, qualification, bid/tender coordination, pricing support and closing.
• Develop and grow key accounts, attending client meetings and site visits.
• Work closely with estimating/technical teams on proposals for bulk earthworks, waste soils and materials re‑use solutions.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on targets and forecasts.

• Proven sales/business dev experience in bulk earthworks, groundworks, remediation, construction waste or aggregates.
• Strong contact base in the regional construction market.
• Confident operating independently in a field‑based role and accountable for targets.
• Able to discuss earthworks, cut/fill and soil re‑use at a commercial and high technical level.
