We're scaling how fast Raise grows, and we want a Business Development Manager to own new business from first hello to closed deal. If you've had a taste of sales and you're hungry for more (more ownership, more skill, more reward), this one's for you, and you'll do it right beside our CRO.

Raise is a technology business changing how recruitment gets funded, giving agencies the funding and platform to grow without the cashflow gap holding them back. Agencies grow when their cashflow works; we make it work, and you'll be the person showing them what's possible.

The full cycle. You'll build your own pipeline, run sharp discovery, tell a compelling story in a demo, and ask for the business with confidence. You'll carry a target and take real pride in beating it, and you'll feed what you learn back into how we build product and go to market.

You'll level up fast here. Alongside the CRO you'll master the art of building business cases a CFO can't argue with, of earning trust in the first five minutes, and of putting AI to work to research, personalise and sell at a speed that leaves the competition standing. This is where good salespeople become dangerous ones.

Around a year or more in a sales, BDR or SDR seat, and ready to step up. Ambitious, organised, and comfortable running a conversation. Passionate about technology and about helping businesses achieve more. The kind of person who wants to build something, not just hit a number.
