Lead from the front, drive acquisition and help shape how Raise wins.

We're building the team that will define how Raise wins, and we want an experienced closer to lead from the front. You'll drive new business, set the standard, and help write the playbook the rest of the team runs on, shoulder to shoulder with our CRO.

New business, at pace and 'll own the full cycle with agencies of every size, consistently beat your number, and bring a strategic eye to which deals we chase and how we win them. You'll also lift everyone around you: mentoring the SDRs, sharing what works, and raising the whole team's game.

Even the best closers get sharper here. You'll help build the business cases that win boardrooms, deepen your mastery of trust at speed, and put AI to work across your whole process so you're operating at a level most salespeople never reach. As we scale, the route into sales leadership is real.

A track record of hitting and beating targets, ideally owning the full cycle in B2B (fintech, SaaS or recruitment a bonus). Ambitious and hungry; you want to build, not coast. Genuinely excited by technology and the difference it makes to customers.
