Our Vacancy We’re looking for a customer-focused and proactive person with strong communication skills and experience in housing or neighbourhood management. You’ll be organised and able to manage your own workload, handling a range of tenancy and estate matters. You'll have a solution-focused approach, you’ll build strong relationships with residents and partners, address anti-social behaviour, and contribute to creating safe, sustainable communities.

What

you’ll do

You will manage a patch of properties, delivering a high-quality, responsive housing management service. You’ll support tenants to sustain their tenancies, handle anti-social behaviour cases, and ensure homes are let efficiently. Working closely with residents, colleagues, and external agencies, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe neighbourhoods, improving local environments, and using customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can build strong relationships with residents, colleagues and partner organisations. You’ll be confident working independently, managing a varied workload and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A strong customer focus, resilience when handling challenging situations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality services are essential. You’ll also need good IT skills, the ability to maintain accurate records and reports, and an awareness of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Experience in social housing, tenancy management or anti-social behaviour casework would be advantageous, as would a CIH qualification or willingness to work towards one. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for this role.
