Town & Country Housing Group is seeking a customer-focused housing officer to manage a patch of properties and deliver a high-quality, responsive service. You will support tenants to sustain their tenancies and handle anti-social behaviour cases.
Working with residents and external agencies, you will help maintain safe neighbourhoods and drive service improvements through feedback. This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, based in the Tunbridge Wells area.
