£28,000 per annum + £1,000 Quarterly Bonus + Paid Overtime + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Collection Van Driver to join a growing recycling and logistics business. This isn't your average driving job—you'll be the face of the company.

What you'll be doing
* Driving a company van throughout the local area
* Collecting recyclable materials from commercial customers
* Loading and unloading goods safely (heavy lifting is a key part of the role)
* Completing collection paperwork accurately
* Delivering excellent customer service at every stop
* Representing the company in a professional and friendly manner
What we're looking for
* Previous commercial van driving experience is essential
* Full UK driving licence held for at least one year
* Maximum 6 penalty points
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
* Friendly, dependable and customer focused
* Strong communication skills
* Must be aged 25 or over (insurance requirement)
* Must live within a 30-minute commute of Tunbridge Wells to ensure efficient daily operations
