Shift Managers handle a variety of tasks that may include planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets McDonald's standards, overseeing safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments achieve goals.
