Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes
Create a calm, inclusive learning environment using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
Work closely with parents, carers, and specialist professionals to support each child's holistic development
Play an active role in shaping curriculum design and school culture, with opportunities to lead initiatives and trial innovative approaches

We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience with in SEN or inclusive mainstream settings (SEMH/ASC experience highly desirable)
A warm, reflective, and resilient practitioner with a pupil-centred approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A professional eager to grow into leadership within a supportive school community
Ability to reliably commute to Royston
