Part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT) is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Level 2 Teaching Assistant.

Point 5 (FTE £25,583 per year, approx. £15,031 Pro-rata)
Working 26 hours, 38 weeks per year
8.30 am - 3.30 pm, four days a week (with Wednesday as a non-working day)

About You
- Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
- Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
- Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
- Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role
We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 26 hours per week, 38 weeks per year with the working hours required being 8.30 am - 3.30 pm, four days a week with Wednesday as a non-working day.
