We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our supportive team and play a key role in ensuring high quality teaching and learning for all pupils across the school.

• Plan and teach lessons and sequences of lessons to the class(es) you are assigned to teach within the context of the academy's knowledge-rich curriculum
• Assess, monitor, record and report on the learning needs, progress, and achievements of assigned pupils, planning and adapting your practice to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies in line with our Grace Schools Principles of Education
• Be an excellent role model - exemplifying a high standard of teaching and promoting high expectation for all members of the school community
• Maintaining the highest expectations for all children

• Relevant degree or equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status
• Experience of working as a class teacher in a primary school setting
• Alignment to the Grace Schools Principles of Education
• Knowledge of strategies to support learning, progress, and standards across the curriculum including evidence of impact on progress
• Principles and practices of high-quality teaching and learning
• Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and members of the community
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
