We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school in Royston, Hertfordshire on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, as this is an essential requirement for the role.
The successful candidate will have:- Previous SEND experience - essential
- GCSEs, including a good standard of English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people
- A reliable and hardworking approach
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- A calm, patient and supportive manner
- Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Availability to start ASAP or after completing a current notice period
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Full-time

- Based in Royston, Hertfordshire
