Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering is part of the Aerospace division and is a leading aerospace components manufacturer, supplying aero engine and airframe OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers globally.

• Hot and cold formed components in high temperature aerospace alloys
• Complex fabricated assemblies
• Thermal insulation heat shields and systems

Senior Aerospace Thermal Engineering has over 30 years of experience of the quality standards in the aerospace industry with certification to AS9100 revD and accredited by NADCAP for our special processes

Purpose of Role:

To lead the Stores/Desptach areas to maximise productivity and sales without compromising quality. To ensure SATEs compliance with all import/export transactions and ensure on time delivery (OTD) and OTL is supported at the Stores function. To also support the teams acuracy regarding inventory movements both in and out. Additionally to support and lead direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managethemovementofallinventorythrough Goods Inand Despatch .
• Maintainandcontrollogisticsdocumentation.
• Manage import/exportofgoodsandmaterials.
• Obtain,check,andreconcileallexportpaperwork.
• Encouragea‘cando’attitudetoresolvingproblemsandimplementingsolutionswithinthe team.
• Improve stock-turnsandgeneralinventorymanagement,in-linewithagreedtargets.
• Tomaintainexcellenthouse-keepingstandardswithintheworkarea.
• route cards.
• Ensureperiodicchecks&routinemaintenanceiscarriedoutonequipmentwithinworkarea.
• Toperformallreasonablerequestsmadebymanagement.

Key Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in the UK without the requirement for Sponsorship
