• Deliver compassionate one‑to‑one care in the client’s home.
• Support community access and social activities.

• Experience supporting people with complex needs.
• Confidence with clinical tasks (or willingness to train).
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and person‑centred values.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

• Spinal injury experience essential.
• Cough assist.
• Medication administration.
• Non‑invasive ventilation.

• Day: 08:00 – 20:00
• Night: 20:00 – 08:00

• £150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer.
