Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our client based near Royston. This is an excellent opportunity to join a technically focused organisation and provide essential procurement support during an important period of project delivery.

• Process and issue purchase orders accurately and promptly
• Check BoMs, quantities, suppliers, pricing and delivery requirements
• Maintain clear purchasing records and audit trails
• Track supplier acknowledgements and delivery dates
• Identify and elevate discrepancies or missing approvals
• Process authorised amendments and cancellations
• Liaise with engineering, finance, procurement and suppliers

• Experience in purchase order processing or transactional purchasing
• Comfortable working with BoMs, spreadsheets and ERP or purchasing systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident following defined processes and approval routes
• Clear and professional communication skills

• Experience working with Net Suite
• Experience with technical engineering suppliers
