The role:- Work to create a positive culture where conformance to the internal QMS is sustained.
- Manage the Internal Audit schedule and assign Internal Audits and Corrective Actions.
- Ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented and conformance sustained.
- Carry out internal audits against ISO
9001, and where required IATF
16949 or ISO
17025 - Implement and assist areas with the use of Quality tools like 5
Whys and root cause analysis. - Champion conformance to Standard work, Process instruction and Quality Procedures.
- Ensure Quality Improvements are documented within the relevant procedures/work instructions.
- Must have working experience with ISO
9001 systems and as a Quality Technician or Engineer. - ISO 9001 Quality Auditor training.
- A technical qualification (likely to be Institute of Quality IQA, or 6 sigma green belt level)
- Experience of working in a production environment, preferably from a high-tech manufacturing environment
