Duties:

Greet customers face-to-face and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
Manage workshop work in progress (WIP) and coordinate MOT and service scheduling
Keep customers informed about vehicle repairs and progress, ensuring timely completion
Monitor service times and communicate any delays proactively
Support parts sales both within the branch and externally
Maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
Provide accurate and detailed estimates and recommendations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within the automotive sector
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of automotive trade processes and sales techniques
Motivated to develop product knowledge and customer service skills
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high standards of customer care
