Transport Desk Clerks Day & Night Shifts
We are currently recruiting 2 × Transport Administrators to join the transport team at DHL in Rugby
, working within a busy and fast-paced operation. This is a temporary role (approximately 6 months
) with the potential to become temp to perm for the right candidates.
- Night Shift (1 role): 12‑hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off – 18:00 to 06:00 – Pay rate: £14.99 per hour
- Day Shift (1 role): 12‑hour shifts, 4 on / 4 off – 06:00 to 18:00 – Pay rate: £14.13 per hour
- Each shift includes a 30‑minute unpaid break
- Average weekly hours:
40.25 - Overtime available
- Providing administrative support within the transport office
- Maintaining and updating transport systems and documentation
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse teams, and management
- Using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to track and report activity
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times
