Main DutiesAs Site Co‑Ordinator, you will work within a warehouse environment with our cleaning team, handling a mix of admin tasks and cleaning responsibilities.
Admin duties include managing all administrative processes related to contracts, taking instruction from the Site Manager & Regional Account Manager, attending meetings and conference calls, updating internal and external databases and administration systems, filing manually and electronically in line with corporate standards, managing reports and supporting contract documentation, and assisting in client meeting preparation. You will maintain a flexible approach to business support to meet deadlines.
Cleaning duties include general cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas, washrooms and canteens; using appropriate equipment and products; ensuring equipment is clean, well maintained and safe; responding quickly to client call‑outs; complying with all Health & Safety legislation and policies; and managing waste disposal.

- A knowledge of facilities management sectors is desirable
- Relevant experience of Microsoft packages – must have good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
- Must have a flexible approach to working
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise workload; excellent time‑keeping skills and strong planning and organisational ability
- Relationship building skills – a self‑starter willing to take initiative and able to work well within a team structure, supporting and guiding team members as needed
- Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements to achieve more effective working practices
- Discretion in dealing with confidential information
- Customer Care – capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations
- Well presented, professional appearance and attitude with a positive and professional approach
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Required to complete the Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and undertake a drug and alcohol screening test.
