• Sole responsibility of issuing documents to customers prior to delivery of goods.
• Dealing with external suppliers after orders processed ensuring timed delivery
• Full responsibility of business mailbox
• Administration duties on a day to day basis
• Dealing with customers over the telephone as well as via email
• Maintain company records at all times
• Working effectively to deadlines and under pressure
• Utilising reports to deal with suppliers

• Monday to Friday shift pattern (No Weekend Working)

• Previous varied Senior Administrator experience is essential
