- Working on the service delivery team
- Managing customer requests - dealing with quotes, complaints, general queries & compliance documentation. Working within the SLA timeframe
- High use of system work – lots of attention to detail
- Can manage your own workload
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, etc
- Previous admin work
- Previous customer service skills
- Accuracy of data is highly ideal
- Can work in a fast paced environment
