We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator.
Responsibilities- Work in the service delivery team.
- Manage customer requests, including quotes, complaints, general queries and compliance documentation within SLA time frames.
- Use the system extensively, maintaining high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc).
- Previous administrative experience.
- Previous customer service skills.
- High accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
