Project Coordinator
Location: Rugby Salary: £35,000 -£40,00 Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The RoleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Technical Project Coordinator and wider business teams, you will coordinate project activities, maintain accurate project records, support purchasing and reporting processes, and ensure effective communication between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project schedules, milestones and action trackers.
- Monitor project progress and accelerate risks, delays or issues.
- Arrange project meetings and maintain action logs.
- Produce project reports, KPI dashboards and management information.
- Maintain project information and documentation within ERP systems.
- Raise purchase orders and support supplier and delivery coordination.
- Manage project documentation, compliance records and handover packs.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Support cost tracking, invoicing and project administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, Operations Coordinator or Administrative role.
- Experience with in a manufacturing, engineering, construction or project-led environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting purchasing and supplier coordination.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience supporting compliance, audits or document control activities.
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
