Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and analytically minded Operations Business Performance Analyst to support business decision-making through performance reporting, KPI monitoring and business analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights that support operational and commercial performance.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and senior management, you will be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports, maintaining business dashboards and analysing key performance metrics to help drive continuous improvement. You will act as a key source of business intelligence, ensuring that stakeholders have access to reliable information to support strategic and operational decisions.

In this role, you will analyse sales performance, margins, profitability, costs and variances while monitoring business trends and identifying areas for improvement. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining KPI dashboards, weekly and monthly management reports, executive-level dashboards and supporting business review meetings with relevant data and insights. You will also help maintain the accuracy and quality of reporting data, including ERP master data within SAP, ensuring that business information remains consistent, reliable and fit for purpose.

The successful candidate will work with large volumes of data to identify performance drivers, support forecasting activities and deliver meaningful analysis that contributes to business growth and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the organisation, helping to improve reporting processes, data quality and dashboard effectiveness while supporting day-to-day operational requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious analyst looking to develop their career in business performance, operations and analytics within a dynamic international organisation. If you have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail and a passion for turning data into insights, we would love to hear from you.
