Stepnell Ltd. is seeking a quality-minded professional to embed Right First Time principles on construction sites. You will drive pre-emptive quality planning, lead technical problem-solving, and mentor site teams to prevent defects and ensure standards are met from plan through delivery.
You will work closely with site management to ensure QA/QC processes are robust, with emphasis on risk evaluations, method statements, and verification of completed work.
