Saxton Recruitment is seeking an Estimator for refurbishment and build projects. The role involves reviewing tender docs, issuing subcontract enquiries, and compiling cost documents for schemes ranging from £100K to £5M, in healthcare, education and industrial sectors.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years’ estimating experience with a main contractor or refurbishment specialist, strong IT skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment.
