Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a fixed-term 10-month contract for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.30am–2.30pm. The role covers information requests on refuse and recycling, council tax, housing tenancies and other services.
You'll join a team of Customer Service Advisors, using face-to-face, telephone and email channels to help residents access and pay for services. Full training provided; agile working considered after training.
